Our ND in Shipping Management prepares you for a career in maritime business, logistics, and port operations. Across four semesters, you’ll learn core concepts in shipping operations, documentation, cargo handling, port management, and international trade — with practical exposure to how goods move across global supply chains.

Entry Requirements for
Shipping Management
To be eligible for the ND in Shipping Management at DCMT, you must meet the following requirements. Applications for the 2025/2026 session are now open.
ND in Shipping Management Admission Requirements
A copy of your SSCE/NECO/NABTEB result. The result must include a minimum of five credits in the following subjects in not more than two sittings:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Geography, Commerce, or Economics
- Any two other subjects
Submission of JAMB results is NOT MANDATORY at this stage. However, upon admission, all results will be verified for authenticity and compliance with stated criteria.
